The acclaimed Nobu restaurant will partner with Flagstone and its renowned winemaker, Bruce Jack, to serve seven exquisite courses along with Jack's own choice of his famous vintages. With arrival canapés like Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeno on Skewers and main courses that include Steamed Japanese Halibut with Yamagobo Salsa, accompanied by a Sauvignon/Semillon, a Viognier and a Pinotage, among others. The dinner promises to be a memorable combination of world-class Japanese cuisine and some of the most highly regarded wines South Africa has produced.

I am sure this is going to be a great dining experience, an interesting marraige of Japanese food with south African wines. I would definitely try it out and if they serve my favorite sushi then that would be a bonus.
